We are looking for a forward-thinking **Product Marketing Manager **to help take our global product and marketing teams to the next level. You will report directly to the CMO and work closely with our CPO and the product team and play an instrumental role in shaping our B2B SaaS business strategy.
**Your Key Responsibilities**:
As the driver of product marketing strategy for our AI-driven intelligence solution, you'll package the value proposition of our solution effectively for our ICP and establish the Valona product marketing function independently.
- Handle and enhance product marketing activities
- Develop product and feature positioning strategies that differentiate our Valona in competitive landscape
- Lead, execute and measure influential product launches
- Oversee both internal and external product communications
- Create engaging marketing collateral and packaging
- Implement user training and promote community engagement
- Analyze user data for insight-driven marketing strategies
- Deepen your knowledge of our product's value proposition and functionality
- Identify our customers' challenges and translate them into solution narratives
- Collaborate closely with our product and marketing teams to attain common goals
- Maintain marketing consistency with compelling assets that highlight product benefits
**Your ultimate goal in this role is**:

We are seeking an individual with considerable experience in a similar position. Familiarity with SaaS product management, cutting-edge marketing tactics, and experience working with global B2B SaaS software are crucial.

- Strong understanding of market segmentation and B2B SaaS marketing
- Commercial mindset
- A self-starter with a growth mindset, a hands-on approach
- Substantial analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends
- Strong project management skills
- Exceptional writing skills in English
- Experience in creating diverse content formats
- Practical design skills; Figma, After Effects, and PowerPoint
- Proficiency in marketing CRM tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in B2B product marketing, preferably in enterprise tech
