**Position Description**

**Qualifications & Skills Required**

High school diploma

Basic level of computer literacy

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Experience with general administration and billing duties

Background in transportation & logistics an asset

**Responsibilities Include**

Data entry

Various accounting tasks including invoicing, driver trip sheets and processing payments

Ensuring accuracy of forms and documents

Tracing and updating various information throughout the dispatch system

**Position Details**

Full-time employment
