Rocky Mountain Dodge, a car dealership is looking for an Accounting/Admin Assistant to help with Bookkeeping and Administrative functions in the Accounting Dept. and report directly to the Financial Controller.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum two (2) years of accounting / bookkeeping experience;
- Hands on working experience on Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel) is required;
- General experience with administrative duties and customer service required;
- An Accounting degree or diploma would be added advantage however, reasonable experience in the accounting field will be considered.
- High attention to details, Team player, Multi tasking functions quick learning ability will be required for the job

**Functions and Responsibilities**:

- Processing of AR/AP transactions;
- Maintenance of the General Ledger;
- Responsible for maintaining cash management systems;
- Preparation of other financial reports as indicated by management;
- Ensure that the administrative and data entry functions are completed in a timely manner;
- Other functions as directed by management.
