**Position Summary**:
Namaygoosisagagun is seeking a dedicated **Family Well-Being Worker** to provide one-on-one support to parents and families in the home and community. Reporting to the Social Health Team Manager, the worker will promote positive parent-child relationships, healthy lifestyles, and assist families in accessing community resources through culturally appropriate support and education.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement family Wellness Plans.
- Build trusting relationships with at-risk families.
- Conduct client assessments and maintain case documentation.
- Advocate for families and facilitate access to services.
- Teach parenting skills, problem-solving, anger management, and coping strategies.
- Deliver culturally sensitive workshops and life skills support.
- Coordinate with service providers and participate in case management.
- Monitor and document family progress toward goals.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- University degree or college diploma in Human Services preferred.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum two (2) years direct service with children and families (or equivalent training/experience).
- **Skills**:

- Knowledge of Anishinabek culture and First Nation service delivery.
- Understanding of the Child and Family Services Act.
- Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, crisis intervention, and facilitation skills.
- Excellent written/oral communication, organizational, and computer skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Anishinaabemowin language skills are an asset.

Pay: $28.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
