Ranger Design est à la recherche d'un représentant du service à la clientèle dynamique et expérimenté pour se joindre à notre équipe en pleine croissance.
Dans ce rôle, vous serez chargé(e) d'interagir avec les clients, de répondre à leurs demandes d'informations sur les produits et services, et de résoudre efficacement les problèmes et plaintes. Des compétences exceptionnelles en communication et une maîtrise de la saisie de données sont essentielles pour réussir dans ce poste.
**PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS**:
Sous la supervision du Responsable - Service à la clientèle, vous assumerez les responsabilités suivantes:
- Gérer les appels entrants et sortants du service à la clientèle.
- Assurer une résolution rapide et professionnelle des questions et préoccupations des clients, en établissant et en maintenant de solides relations avec les clients.
- Gérer les plaintes des clients, tenir à jour les dossiers de la base de données et préparer des rapports d'état sur les problèmes de service à la clientèle.
- Effectuer des saisies de données et des recherches pour résoudre les problèmes des clients.
- Rapporter, documenter et analyser les informations et les besoins des clients.
- Maintenir un haut niveau de professionnalisme et favoriser de bonnes relations avec chaque client.
- Suivre et résoudre en temps opportun les problèmes en suspens des clients.
- Fournir un excellent service à la clientèle par téléphone ou par courrier électronique de manière rapide et précise.
- Effectuer d'autres tâches assignées au besoin.
- Toutes autres tâches connexes.
**EXIGENCES DU POSTE**
- Au moins 3 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire.
- Bilingue (oral et écrit) - requis.
- Connaissance des systèmes de gestion de la relation client (CRM), de préférence Salesforce.
- Excellentes capacités d'analyse, de raisonnement quantitatif, de résolution de problèmes, de créativité et de stratégie.
- Maîtrise de Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et sens des affaires.
- Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles.
- Confortable à travailler dans un rôle à volume élevé.
- Capacité démontrée à hiérarchiser les tâches et à gérer le temps efficacement.
- Une interaction et un travail d'équipe efficaces avec les autres départements sont essentiels.

Ranger Design is looking for a dynamic and experience Customer Service Representative to join our growing team.
In this role, you will be responsible for interacting with customers, addressing their inquiries about products and services, and effectively resolving any concerns or complaints. Exceptional communication skills and proficiency in data entry are crucial for success in this position.
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Under the Customer Service Manager’s supervision, you will be responsible for the following:
- Handling incoming and outgoing customer service calls.
- Ensuring prompt and professional resolution of customer questions and concerns, building, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Managing customer complaints, maintaining database records, and preparing status reports on customer service issues.
- Conducting data entry and research to troubleshoot customer problems.
- Reporting, documenting, and analyzing customer information and needs.
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and fostering positive rapport with each customer.
- Tracking, following up, and timely resolving customer issues.
- Other duties as assigned.
**POSITION REQUIREMENTS**:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Bilingual proficiency in both oral and written French and English is required.
- Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, with experience in Salesforce being an asset.
- Excellent analytical, quantitative reasoning, problem-solving, creativity, and strategic skills.
- Strong communication skills and business acumen.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in a high-volume environment.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Effective collaboration and teamwork with other departments is essential.
- Professional and tactful demeanor.
