**Sales and Marketing Manager**

Pay: $75,000 to $80,000 Per year

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales growth for our Security Guard Services.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and market trends for security services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including businesses, property management companies, and event organizers.
- Build and manage a sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Monitor and analyze sales and marketing metrics to identify areas of improvement.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing and sales channels.
- Attend industry conferences and events to build relationships and network with potential clients.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the security industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Willingness to work in a remote environment and collaborate with a geographically dispersed team.
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.

**Salary**: $75,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Master's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Marketing: 4 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Burlington, ON L7L 6W6 (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Burlington, ON L7L 6W6: Relocate with an employer provided relocation package (required)
