Job description

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for completing the appropriate tasks delegated by Site Lead, Production Manager, and Owner
- Prep and maintain construction sites by clearing obstacles and hazards ensuring a clean and safe work environment
- Maintain regular communication with Site Leads
- Must be able to lift in excess of 50 lbs
- Assist craft workers
- Ready to learn from on-the-job training when necessary

**Qualifications**:

- Relevant experience working as a labourer in a fast paced environment
- Must have a valid Driver's license and reliable transportation
- Excellent attendance, punctuality and dependability.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, multi-task, and work under pressure
- Ability to problem-solve and work independently
- Ability to do physical labour and other strenuous tasks
- Ability to work in all weather

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $23.00-$35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- carpentry: 2 years (preferred)
