**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day activities of underground utility crews
- Interpret drawings and ensure work aligns with project plans and municipal standards
- Coordinate equipment, materials, and labor to maintain workflow and meet project deadlines
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and company policies
- Communicate effectively with project managers, inspectors, and subcontractors
- Conduct daily tailgate meetings and site inspections
- Mentor and train crew members as needed
- Track progress, report issues, and assist with on-site problem-solving

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years of underground construction experience, with at least 2 years in a foreman or supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of water, storm, and sanitary sewer installations
- Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and site layouts
- Proven leadership and communication skills
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License (Class 3 or 1 considered an asset)
- CSTS, First Aid, Confined Space, and Ground Disturbance tickets (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong commitment to safety and quality
