**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Set up and operate manual lathes, mills, and other machining equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files to determine machining specifications.
- Utilize calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools to ensure accuracy of machined parts.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise during production.
- Collaborate with team members to produce high quality parts.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Manual Machinist or similar role in a manufacturing environment. (or mechanically inclined)
- Strong mechanical knowledge with proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.
- Familiarity with CNC machinery is a plus.
- Ability to read technical documents such as blueprints and CAD drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods during shifts.
- A commitment to maintaining safety standards in the workplace.

Expected hours: 44 per week
