**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage landscape projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Estimate project costs accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to negotiate pricing and secure necessary materials for landscaping projects.
- Build and maintain various landscape features, including gardens, lawns, and hardscapes.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in all landscaping activities.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.

**Requirements**:

- Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with construction estimating techniques.
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable pricing for materials and services.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while performing physical tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- A valid driver's license for transportation to job sites.
