Blue Horse Trucking Ltd is looking for an experienced Sales Executive for an asset based flat deck trucking company. This position will be accountable for maintaining and expanding customer relations, negotiating rates, supporting dispatch and driver groups as well as balancing sufficient workloads for the fleet.

**Responsibilities**:

- Proven leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Prospect for leads and perform heavy cold-calling to build a pipeline of businesses.
- Ability to develop business and positive customer relations both in person and remotely.
- Negotiating rates and contracts with new and existing customers.
- Strong computer skills, familiarity in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and TMS.

**Qualifications, Skills and Requirements**:
Minimum 2 years of sales experience in transportation industry is required.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:
