Industrial Painter/prepper

**Job Overview**:
The Paint Shop by Tru-Kare is hiring an **experienced Industrial Painter/Prepper** to join our growing team. We specialize in blasting and painting large storage vessels, trailered tanks, semi-truck chassis, and automotive-style finishes on hydrovacs and vac trucks.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prep, mask, and paint large industrial and automotive components
- Maintain clean work areas and follow safety protocols
- Work efficiently as part of a team and independently

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years of industrial painting/prepping experience
- Skilled in using various spray equipment and tools
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Physically fit and able to handle demanding tasks
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
