Louf is an upscale casual Palestinian restaurant in midtown Toronto, led by Chef Fadi Kattan. Louf will showcase the diverse flavors of Palestine with a modern twist and feature a thoughtfully curated wine program, including a selection of Palestinian wines.

We are committed to a Hospitality Included model, offering a livable wage to all team members through a shared commission based on hours worked and shifts, without relying on traditional tipping.

We are seeking a Floor Supervisor who is passionate, talented, and eager to join our team. The Floor Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring smooth service operations and delivering a memorable guest experience.

Compensation
- $25 to $26 per hour, based on experience
- Shared pooled incentive based on hours worked
- Health benefits after a 3-month probationary period (full-time only)
- Free staff meal
- 4% vacation pay
- Lead and supervise the front-of-house team to ensure exceptional service
- In-depth knowledge of the menu and ability to train staff accordingly
- Intermediate understanding of liquor brands, classic cocktails, and wine
- Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor throughout service
- Manage overall restaurant floor operations efficiently
- Uphold Louf’s vision and ethos at all times
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Familiarity with TouchBistro POS
- Promote teamwork and collaboration among staff
