**About the Role**:
This is a new and exciting opportunity as we continue to grow our organization. The Product Coordinator will enjoy wearing many hats and will be responsible for day-to-day order processing, internal and external customer support and ongoing updates to online group purchasing store. The Project Coordinator will also be responsible for providing reports and metrics of the online ordering performance.

**The Product Coordinator will support the following**:
Create, manage, and update inventory via Shopify. - Process daily orders within a timely manner.
Create purchase orders based on approved orders and submit them to suppliers.
Work closely with suppliers to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
Update order tracking information from suppliers via Shopify and notify customers of orders.
Work closely with accounts payables regarding AR/AP invoices related to purchase orders and customer payouts.
Analyze and generate reports on sales and ordering performance.
Inventory management
Ability to adapt to other duties and projects as assigned.

**Qualifications**

Post-secondary education in business and or related experience.
3+ years experience in an administrative/procurement role.
3+ years of strong customer service skills.
Tech savvy and stellar troubleshooting skills.
Experience in using Microsoft Office Suite (including Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Effective multitasker, with experience in managing multiple initiatives/activities simultaneously and the ability to prioritize based on customer and operational need.
Experience with Shopify is considered a strong asset
