Title: Permanent Control Coordinator Duration:12 months Introduction Join our team in a pivotal role where you will drive awareness and application of key control and supervision elements across Global Markets Operations, Global Banking Operations, and Client Engagement & Protection for North America. You will be at the forefront of evaluating, maintaining, and enhancing our Operational Risk Control framework, ensuring our operations are streamlined, secure, and compliant. Required Skills & Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence and composure at all levels of the business hierarchy Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing deliverables efficiently Ethical and control-oriented mindset Strong team skills, yet comfortable working independently with clear directives Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) Innovative and skilled in assessing process improvements At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role Preferred Skills & Qualifications University degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field Knowledge of banking operational products, process flows, and controls Familiarity with risk management tools Day-to-Day Responsibilities Monitor the status of audit recommendations, permanent control actions, historical incidents, and other key indicators Communicate results of monitoring to stakeholders and follow up until resolution Ensure accuracy and relevance of data in reports, adhering to defined quality and granularity standards Contribute to periodic and ad-hoc reporting, and assist in special projects as needed Identify and implement reporting process improvements or automation Stay informed on related bank policies and procedures, including ongoing updates Company Benefits & Culture Inclusive and diverse work environment Opportunities for professional growth and development Supportive and collaborative team culture For immediate consideration please click APPLY to begin the screening process with Alex.
