Casual Heavy Duty CleanerThe heavy-duty cleaner is generally responsible for customer service to patrons and maintaining the cleanliness of facilities, building common areas and exterior areas and responding to daily cleaning requirements and service requests based on end user traffic patterns through the building space.Starting wage for this role is: $21.96What we offer:It's our people-centric health, well-being and development initiatives that separate us from the rest.Everclean Facility Services is a large and successful facility services company operating throughout Western Canada.Company Perks:Flexible ScheduleEasy access to managerTrainingComprehensive Benefits PackageDuties:Daily:Sweep and pick around all light poles, planters, curbs, parking areas in front of tenant buildingsEmpty and wipe down all garbage cans in common areasSweep service hallways, wipe all entry / exit door and walls of hallways, loading bays & garbage room as well as any baseboard heatersClean and maintain all white planters, and concrete ledges throughout siteClean escalator glass, handrails and all stainless steelClean escalator with escalator cleaning solution and foam padStairwells entering /exiting parkadesClean and maintain all interior / exterior walls and lower ledgesRespond to tenant request as per administration officeClean and wipe down exterior benches, tables, and chairs throughoutCheck all Washrooms (Tenant, Public, and Personal) for cleanliness and supplies: soap, toilet paper, other consumablesPressure wash and maintain roadways/parkades/sidewalks using pressure washer and ride on sweeper/scrubber.Sanitize all high touch points periodically throughout the dayWeekly:High dust any vents and signage accessible with a telescopic duster on a weekly basisClean water to be poured down floor drains to alleviate smells, weekly MonthlyDust and wipe baseboards, trims and any and all ledges on a regular rotational basis (bi- monthly)All entrance mats shall be lifted monthly, the floor underneath swept and mopped and then properly repositioned.
