The position supports the Zimmer Biomet Canada Distribution functions with a focus on stock put-away and picking while working in a fast-paced environment. This position is 100% on-site, Monday - Friday.How You'll Create Impact The primary responsibility of the position is to perform the stock put-away and picking functions.Rotate, as requested, amongst the various functions (Shipping, Receiving, Surgical Loaner and kit building) required to ensure that service levels are met on a daily basis.Maintain target levels of accuracy and productivity per functionDevelop and maintain strong working relationships with team membersMaintain safe and clean work environmentThis is not an exhaustive list of duties or functions and might not necessarily comprise all of the essential functions of the roleWhat Makes You Stand Out Display strong ownership and sense of urgency in completion of the tasks at handPossess a self-directed attitude and initiativeUnderstanding of all systems associated with the distribution functionsCustomer focusedTeam playerYour Background High school diploma (or equivalent) required plus 2-4 years of experience in a distribution warehouse environment preferredExperience in an automated distribution environmentFamiliarity with radio frequency (RF) scanning equipmentExperience in any of the receiving/stocking/picking/shipping functions of a distribution functionExperience in operation of a narrow-aisle reach truck preferredTravel Expectations Less than 5%Expected Compensation Range $22-24/hour CADEOE/M/F/Vet/Disability
