Represent Spartan by participating in local events and community initiatives Collaborate: Engage with the Sales Team (TS, TM and AM) to deliver increased customer loyalty and profitable growth Growth Mindset: Capture product and services opportunities and provide feedback about regional needs Role and Responsibilities Coah, mentor, and provide guidance and support to foster team development and uphold Spartan’s culture Lead daily operations; conduct toolbox talks and ensure team alignment on priorities  Meet Customer commitments and drive accountability for meeting deadlines and delivering quality results Active participant in discussing, evaluating, and rectifying any safety concerns or opportunities for improvement Participate in customer visits to evaluate scopes of work and build relationships Ensure compliance; participate in audits conducted by customers, local jurisdictions, safety authorities, quality teams, and manufacturers Serve as the primary contact for resolving customer and team issues promptly and effectively Participate in quarterly reviews with the management team to assess progress and align goals for employees Support Facility Requirements Maintenance Oversight: Ensure proper upkeep of the facility and equipment Vendor Programs: Manage recycling and scrap programs in collaboration with local vendors Qualifications and Skills Strong ‘Customer First’ mindset 5+ years of previous operations and/or leadership experience preferred in Engineering or graduate from an accredited Technological Institute preferred Creative thinker, with the courage to take appropriate risks and a willingness to innovate Broad understanding of instrumentation and process control automation Lifelong learner with a continuous improvement mindset Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills Highly effective at building long term relationships Strong team player Entrepreneurial work ethic Spartan recognizes that there are many ways in which candidates develop knowledge, abilities, and competencies throughout their careers.
