Job Duties: Process licensing and registration paperwork for new and used vehicles.  Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vehicle inventory and associated documentation. Communicate with customers and agencies to resolve any licensing-related issues or inquiries.  Collaborate with the Sales and Finance departments to coordinate timely and accurate completion of licensing. Maintain and update sales and customer records.  Handling customers in a professional manner.  Keep up with any changes in licensing regulations and communicate updates to the team.  Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.  Perform any other administrative duties as required. What We Look For: Previous work experience as an automotive Sales Administrator or Licensing Clerk is preferred. CDK/One-Eighty knowledge is considered an asset. Excellent organization and multi-tasking expertise. Detail oriented with good analytical aptitude. Solid time management and decision making capabilities.
