Randstad Canada is hiring an Imaging Specialist Associate for a top-rated client in Concord, ON. This full-time position offers a chance to grow and learn within a clean, well-maintained document processing facility. Available shifts are 6 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday-Friday. Pay is $17.60/hour.Position: Imaging Specialist (Data Entry and Scanning)Shift: 6AM to 230PM, Monday-FridaySalary: $17.60 per hourLocation: Concord, Ontario3-month contract position (can be longer depending on company's needs)AdvantagesStraight day shiftGet paid weekly through RandstadAccess to public transit and parking. Opportunity for internal growth and rotation between scanning, quality control, and release/indexing tasks.ResponsibilitiesScanning documents, ensuring quality control, indexing files, and releasing materials to clients. 1. Scanning – the employee loads sheets into one of various types of scanners for processing and returns sheets to the box in the same order as received. 2. Quality – Confirms accuracy of scanned documents3. Release/Index – Documentation of files and release of scanned material to customer.
