Responsibilities: Make outbound cold calls to prospective commercial clients using a provided script and lead lists Qualify leads by identifying customer needs and aligning them with our products/services Schedule appointments or follow-ups for the Agent & Sales Team Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes in our CRM system Meet or exceed weekly call and lead generation targets Provide feedback on call scripts and lead quality to improve outreach strategies Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional demenour Comfortable with cold calling and handling objections confidently Self-motivates and able to work independently Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools (training provided) Proactive in problem-solving Dedicated to customer service Ability to multi-task What We Offer:  Competitive hourly pay with bi-weekly bonus Flexible part time hours Comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you succeed Notes:  Remote working is not being considered at this time These positions are with an independent contractor agent that is part of the Desjardins exclusive agent network, not with Desjardins Group or its subsidiaries.
