An equivalent to the required education combined with relevant experience may be considered.Reporting to the Director, People and Culture, the Advisor, People and Culture play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of effective and people-centered services. This position provides confidential administrative and coordination support across the full range of People and Culture functions, including payroll, benefits, recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employee inquiries, records management, and People and Culture systems.
