As the IT Solutions Analyst, your role will include: Researching and assessing emerging technologies and applications for organizational fit. Planning and managing implementation of enterprise applications and departmental SaaS solutions. Evaluating new Microsoft 365 features and coordinating deployment strategies. Collaborating with business units to understand requirements and recommend solutions. Ensuring compliance with security, governance, and integration standards.
