Role SummaryWe're seeking a highly organized and hands-on Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations at our Winnipeg facility. This role ensures efficient handling of materials, inventory control, and on-time support to our production and service teams. You'll lead a small team and be responsible for maintaining safety standards, coordinating logistics, and driving operational excellence. Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily warehouse activities, including inventory control, space management, and shippingOptimize the picking process for filling out the production work stationsProcess and document transactions and reports timely and accurately (cycle counts, inventory, safety incidents, damaged product, etc.)Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and schedule general maintenanceSupport logistics for transporting products to customers and company facilitiesAssist in the Quality Assurance Inspection process of incoming goods to ensure compliance of company standardsApply LEAN tools and implement continuous improvement processesMonitor interior and exterior areas of building for cleanliness and general conservationOrder and control inventory levels on warehouse supplies Qualifications & Skills3+ years of experience in a warehouse role leading hourly employeesAssociate's degree (or equivalent experience) in logistics or supply chain managementRecent experience operating a forkliftProficiency with warehouse procedures and policiesExcellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualitiesAbility to operate hand and power equipment for material handling to accommodate storage of products throughout the warehouse.Vendor management experience is an assetAssist with material handling at the warehouse including lifting up to 50 lbs.
