Description :Department OverviewThe Business Intelligence Practice within TD Analytics, Insights and Artificial Intelligence (AI2) is the enterprise hub for high-quality self-serve BI solutions—Power BI dashboards, reports, cubes, and scorecards. Our mission is to deliver best-in-class solutions built on a golden source of truth, with integrated standards that drive value for colleagues and customers.We are seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst (Power BI DAX Expert) (L09) with strong technical and visualization expertise, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for business problem-solving. This role requires thought leadership to shape the future of our reporting stack and roadmap (including Artemis), while fostering integration between AI2 and business teams.Key ResponsibilitiesVisualization & Technical DeliveryLead end-to-end development of Power BI dashboards and reporting packages for the Specialized Salesforce (SSF) team. Transform complex data into actionable insights using advanced visualization techniques. Drive incremental delivery and propose innovative alternatives for reporting solutions. Business Engagement & Critical ThinkingActively participate in business meetings to understand problem statements and root causes. Offer well-reasoned alternatives and challenge assumptions when needed. Break down complex problems into smaller, solvable components and deliver iteratively. Thought Leadership & RoadmapDefine and influence the future state of BI reporting, aligning with Artemis benchmarks. Champion best practices for visualization and reporting standards across AI2. Team Development & Succession PlanningMentor and train L08 analysts to build a strong talent pipeline. Provide visibility and create platforms for team growth and cross-training. Stakeholder ManagementCommunicate effectively with business partners, offering clear preferred options and recommendations. Build trust through personable interactions and strong relationship management. Must-Have SkillsTechnical AptitudeAdvanced proficiency in Power BI (Premium) and Tableau.DAX ExpertStrong ETL skills using Databricks, Azure, Python, SQL and GitHub Experience with agile delivery methodologies, time estimation and documentation tools (Confluence, Jira). Visualization ExpertiseProven ability to design intuitive dashboards and prototypes. Familiarity with wireframing tools (Adobe XD, Figma) is an asset. Business AcumenDeep understanding of CPB Distribution businessInterest in learning domain knowledge and applying insights to business challenges. Soft SkillsExceptional communication and stakeholder management. Comfortable pushing back with better alternatives and influencing decisions.
