Here, you will make an impact by:Planning, executing, and optimizing SEO and paid search campaigns in the area. Collaborating with local vendors and managing tools as required to execute effectively. Additionally, you will educate stakeholders on best practices, deliver detailed campaign reporting, and collaborate with local and global teams to ensure alignment with TEBG global governance.You will be accountable for Area:• Subject matter expert and key contact for search initiatives.• Planning, execution, and optimization of area search campaigns.• KPI setup and project management for campaign performance.• Reporting, analytics, and performance insights for search activities.Shared Accountabilities•Paid media agency/vendor management with Global Search.•Setting correct KPIs and adjusting the tactics to hit the results.•Together with the PO owner, ensure payments are managed on time.•Contribute to the global TEBG search strategy and global reporting and analytics framework.Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role as USAC Search Specialist SEO/SEM; from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science (completed and verified prior to start) Three (3) years of hands-on search marketing experience, including planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on SEO and Paid Search (SEM) campaigns, in a private, public, government, or military environment.Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Ability to manage KPIs, project timelines, and campaign execution to ensure performance targets are met.Experience working with paid media agencies or vendors in coordination with Global Search standards.Proven capability to adjust tactics based on performance insights, including conversion‑focused optimization strategies.Strong search marketing expertise with hands-on experience planning, executing, and optimizing SEO and Paid Search (SEM) campaigns.Proven ability to collaborate with vendors and manage platforms, tools, and workflows for effective campaign execution.Skilled in educating stakeholders on search best practices and translating performance data into actionable insights.Experience delivering detailed campaign reporting, including KPI setting, tracking, and analytics, ensuring alignment with TEBG global governance and global teams.Recognized as a search subject matter expert, serving as the primary contact for search strategy, planning, and optimization.Work location: Work location: This role follows an on-site working model, requiring the employee to work at least four days a week at the 3M Center in Maplewood, MN or London, Ontario - Canada.Travel: May include up to 10% of domestic/international travelRelocation: Not authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-being 3M offers many programs to help you live your best life – both physically and financially.
