This role requires creativity, operational excellence, and a passion for local sourcing to deliver exceptional dining experiences aligned with our SERVICE BEYOND standard.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop seasonal menus showcasing Alberta's finest ingredients.Ensure consistency and quality across all venues and events.Lead and mentor a team of 20+ culinary professionals.Manage food cost, labor targets, and supplier relationships.Maintain top-tier health, safety, and sanitation standards.Collaborate with F&B and Events teams to create memorable guest experiences.QualificationsRed Seal Journeyman or international equivalent.5+ years in progressive culinary leadership within luxury resorts or fine dining.Expertise in contemporary cuisine and financial management.Strong commitment to sustainability and local sourcing.Eligible to work in Canada (no sponsorship available).Preferred AssetsExperience in Forbes 4/5-Star or Relais & Châteaux properties.Alberta producer network.Skills in charcuterie, fermentation, or wild game preparation.Why Join UsCompetitive salary with performance bonus.Comprehensive benefits including RRSP matching and health spending account.Reduced green fees and retail perks at our Resorts.ApplyStone Creek Resorts Inc. values diversity and encourages applications from all qualified candidates.
