So come work with some people who aren’t just good, they're great  Your Focus In this role, you'll wear many hats, from feature discovery to stakeholder management. Your key responsibilities include: Feature Exploration: Lead the charge in identifying and prioritizing new product features, backed by robust market research and data analysis. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Bridge the gap between departments, fostering seamless communication and collaboration across teams. Roadmap Commitments: Execute the strategic product roadmap by translating high-level initiatives into concrete, actionable tasks for the development team. Backlog Management: Curate and prioritize our product backlog based on customer needs and strategic imperatives. Stakeholder Engagement: Effectively communicate product goals and updates to internal teams and stakeholders, gathering valuable feedback along the way. Quality Assurance: Work hand-in-hand with QA teams to maintain the highest quality standards for our products, ensuring customer satisfaction at every turn. Who you are  1-2 years of proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and innovative tech environment. Strong understanding of the gift and loyalty industry and market trends. Experience with payments, retail technology, or POS systems is a strong asset. Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize effectively and make informed, data driven decisions. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and ability to turn a vision into a series of backlog items, and know how to sequence the work to maximize value for users.
