Lead Technical Program Manager

We are seeking a Lead Technical Program Manager (Director level, individual contributor) to lead, learn, and grow with our team This unique role will be based in Toronto, Canada (highly preferred) or Boston, USA, supporting our transformation journey in the Global High Net Worth (GHNW) business.Our GHNW business is undergoing a three-year transformation to build a new technology platform for our international broker business, expanding across Asia and other jurisdictions. Recent milestones include the first major implementation of Salesforce for New Business and Underwriting, with ongoing initiatives in Policy Administration, Compensation, Customer/Broker Servicing Portal, Correspondence, and other areas to build the new digital platform.You will lead multiple initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders across geographic locations, and be instrumental in delivering value to our end customers.
