This individual ensures consistency in service delivery, supports team development, and drives business growth while upholding BELFOR’s high standards for excellence, safety, and customer satisfaction.What You Will Do:Ensure local offices follow BELFOR internal practices and protocols;Oversee operational effectiveness through regular touchpoints with General Managers, inter-office collaboration, and workflow improvement initiatives;Support General Managers with employee training, recruitment, and career development;Conduct site assessments, review financial performance metrics, and ensure accountability through documentation and performance management;Identify new revenue opportunities, support community-based initiatives, attend industry events, and collaborate on marketing strategies;Manage fleet and company asset assignments, including tracking fuel usage across locations;Conduct weekly operational meetings with managers to review leads, sales, scorecards, and customer feedback;Oversee budget planning and financial performance, including invoicing, accounts receivable/payable, and profitability strategies; andOther reasonable duties as assigned by management.What You Bring:5+ years of experience in construction, insurance, or restoration industries, with at least 3 years in senior management or accounting roles, preferably across multiple sites;Proven ability to manage budgets, align resources with business goals, and lead cost-efficient operations, supported by data-driven decision-making;Skilled in Microsoft Word and Excel, Google Workspace, and industry-specific platforms like JD Edwards, Xactimate, and XactAnalysis;Demonstrated success in leading teams, driving revenue growth, and collaborating on business development strategies;Self-starter mindset with a strong drive to meet performance and sales goals, manage deadlines, and lead teams effectively;Valid driver's license and eligibility to operate a motor vehicle and ability to travel regularly to various branch locations within the assigned region; andWillingness to work evenings and weekends when operational needs arise.Human Rights Statement:BELFOR (Canada) Inc. promotes equity, diversity, and a respectful workplace.
