For the current employment opportunity, we require candidates to have at least two years of experience performing physical and cognitive functional capacity evaluations. Experience in performing physical and cognitive job demands analyses is also an asset. The role of the Occupational Therapist includes but is not limited to:Conduct physical functional capacity evaluations.Conduct cognitive functional capacity evaluations.Perform physical and cognitive job demands analyses.Collaborate with key stakeholders.Provide timely written and/or verbal communication of assessment findings.What You Need to Be Successful:For the current employment opportunity, we request candidates to have 12 months of experience as an Occupational Therapist with 6 months of experience with return-to-work rehabilitation services, functional assessments, or other job site experiences (job demands analyses, ergonomic analyses, return-to-work organization with employers at the job site). Training and mentorship are available for candidates who do not quite meet the requirements. A Bachelor's or Masters's Degree in Occupational Therapy.Current registration and in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of BC.
