Must be available to commute for emergencies and OT opportunities.Profit sharing planTelemedicine, Group insurance and pension plan with company contributions Employee assistance program (because we care about the physical and mental health of our people)Annual flexible reimbursement program  Develop your talents by applying your expertise within our facility in Winnipeg , as the Millwright / Mechanic  :Modify, repair, or replace parts of machinery to maintain production capacity.                                                              Inspect, lubricate machine parts and determine future maintenance requirements                                    Perform changeover, setup and adjustments on production equipment          Participate in a safety meeting and contribute to a departmental safety action plan    Participate in major projects, installations, and start-ups                                                                Read and interpret drawings and schematics to determine spare parts requirements                                Maintains a safe, clean work area and follows all safety procedures                                                                               Ensure flexibility to respond to maintenance needs off-hours                                      Supervise outside contractors when on-site  There's nobody quite like you Respect your true nature by putting forward your strengths: 1-3 years experience in a manufacturing facility (corrugated, printing, packaging would be an asset)Inter-Provincial Red Seal Millwright preferred Welding experience would be an assetGood understanding of safety procedures                                   Good analytical and attention to detail skill                      Must have own toolsAbility to work professionally under pressure and meet deadlines We look forward to meeting you Cascades believes in the success of an inclusive organization that values diversity within its team.
