Your Role : Independently carry out various operational activities in accordance with established policies, standards, and procedures Handle client requests related to credit card products Identify issues, demonstrate agility, and actively contribute to their resolution Detect and correct errors in processes Suggest optimization ideas to improve operations Participate in the team’s daily activities and help meet service level agreements Ensure compliance with current policies and procedures Your Team Within the Card Lifecycle – Mastercard sector, you’ll be part of a dynamic team of approximately 20 colleagues, reporting to Erika Cornejo, Section Director. Requirements : High school diploma Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and collaboration tools such as Teams, SharePoint, and ConfluenceAutonomy, initiative, and ability to thrive in a constantly evolving environment Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities effectively Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative and solution-focused attitude Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Attention to detail and thoroughness in task execution Openness to continuous learning and process improvement Languages :English and French Language requirement rationale: frequent interactions with suppliers or partners who speak a language other than French.
