Location: 530 West Broadway, Vancouver BC, Canada Core hours: Monday to Friday from 8am – 4:30pm PSTWe value collaboration, both in-person and remotely. This position is classified as Hybrid under our Hybrid Work Program Policy, where this position is required to be onsite 2-3 days per weekRole SummaryAs the Key Account Specialist (KAS) - Chains, you will be responsible for the day-to-day account maintenance of Eminence's Chain Spa Partners and supporting the growth of Eminence's existing and new Chain business. In this role, you will support Eminence's attendance at key networking events (e.g.) ISPA, SPATEC, Green Spa, Global Beauty Exchange) with the goal of nurturing existing account relationships and developing new account partnerships. You will also be the main point of contact for order processing and work closely with the Inside Sales Team to ensure order accuracy. As the Key Account Specialist (KAS) - Chains, you will report directly to the Key Account Manager (KAM) - Chains and indirectly to the Director of Business Development. ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with Chain accounts to achieve revenue forecastsProvide information to Chain Spa Partners regarding product launches, new non-launch items (product/print) and any pricing updatesMaintain a high level of knowledge of Eminence’s products and services to ensure all Chain accounts are provided with accurate informationDemonstrate a full understanding of each Chain Spa Partner’s custom Sales ProgramsMonitor potential gaps in each Chain’s SKU selectionsReceive orders from purchasing departments and find opportunities for upsellingSubmit orders to ISR Team for processing and field any incoming questionsPartner with Chain Spa Partners on special event and promotion logistics Assist in updating each Chain’s centralized ordering system to ensure pricing and product information is current and correctAttend in-person and virtual Tradeshows & Networking Events, as needed and conduct subsequent Lead follow-upSupport with the Networking Event meeting selection process and overall event preparationFacilitate the process of qualifying and opening new Chains, including coordination with KAM, the Outside Sales Team, sample orders, opening order product selection and opening order paperworkQualificationsInside Sales or Account Management experience (particularly in a Call Centre environment) – minimum 2 yearsCustomer Service experience – minimum 3 yearsTradeshow and Networking Event organization experience - preferredBusiness Development or Lead Generation experience preferred Project management experience – preferredRequest for Proposal (RFP) experience – preferredEsthetic industry experience - an asset Exceptional written/oral communication and proficiency in MS Office (intermediate to advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook)Effective time management, multi-tasking, attention to detail, and organizational abilityExceptional problem-solving skills and ability to operate in a fast-paced, changing environment with shifting prioritiesTotal RewardsCompetitive salary, quarterly and annual bonuses based on individual and company goals100% employer-paid premiums for extended health, health spending account, wellness program, green transportation incentive, various paid time-off options available from your first day, and product discountsFocus on professional development, 1:1 meetings with your leader, tuition assistance program and length of service rewards
