As part of the service team, the Service Administrator is responsible for the effective administrative support of the service department and presenting an image of “friendly, knowledgeable professionalism”, the Service Administrator is responsible for greeting customers, guests, and teammates in person and via the telephone. Some primary functions include the creation, tracking, and maintenance of service department paper flow, and liaison with major dealership suppliers. Why Mazergroup?
