Temporary Administrative Position – Dawson CreekDawson Creek, BCA major oil and gas company is seeking a full-time Temporary Administrative Professional at their Dawson Creek office. This role runs Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, and is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and oil and gas industry experience. Key Responsibilities: Maintain positive working relationships with both field and office personnel Prioritize and manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently Perform general administrative duties with accuracy and attention to detail Monitor systems including GeoTab and Blackline Assist with Open Invoice processes Provide support to Accounts Payable as needed Qualifications: Minimum 2+ years of administrative experience in the oil and gas industry Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Strong verbal and written communication skills Post-secondary education in Accounting or Business Administration is preferred Comfortable interacting with the public, internal staff, and stakeholders Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accurate Strong analytical and problem-solving skills We thank all applicants for their interest; however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
