Job DescriptionAre you looking to advance your career by joining a team of passionate and motivated professionals who bring their talents to the healthcare system? The Senior Programmer Analyst will actively contribute to the design, evolution, and quality of the company’s EDM platform, while assuring level 3 technical support.What will your days be like at LGI Healthcare Solutions? Feature Development:Help design and program high-risk components.Diagnose and resolve the most complex technical issues.Understand and play a major role in the design and delivery cycle—from ideation to project design, UX, coding, testing, deployment, security, and component integration.Ensure the solution is easy to maintain by promoting good design and code refactoring to minimize technical debt and simplify deployment.Collaborate with the architecture team to ensure the product’s long-term technical sustainability.Produce clear and effective technical documentation.Level 3 Support (L3):Investigate issues reported by clients.Train Level 1 and Level 2 support teams on technical updates for each release.Planning:Support the technical lead in planning new releases.Perform complex technical analyses, always aiming for the best solution for clients.Analyze and validate Product Manager requirements to determine project feasibility.Evaluate and provide high-level estimates.QualificationsWhat you will bring to LGI Healthcare Solutions to succeed in the role:University degree in Computer Science or equivalent.At least 10 years of programming experience.Experience working with complex software systems.Experience collaborating with external consultants.Strong programming skills (Delphi, C#, .NET Core, Angular - required).Strong knowledge of databases (MS SQL).Good understanding of programming best practices (unit testing, algorithms, etc.).Good knowledge of DevOps practices (build and deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps, Bitbucket, etc.).Knowledge of HL7 standards.Autonomy and resourcefulness.Comfortable dealing with uncertainty.Strong problem-diagnosis skills.Thoroughness and attention to detail.Leadership and teamwork abilities.Strong analytical mindset.Excellent communication skills.Fluent French/English bilingualism is required, as the candidate will need to work with documentation in both French and English, and communicate—both verbally and in writing—with French- and English-speaking partners, clients, suppliers, and colleagues.Additional InformationHere are the many benefits to ensure your personal and professional well-being as well as financial health:  Remote, in-office, or hybrid work, with the option of flexible hours to promote balance and performance Group insurance plan and group RRSP with employer participation in effect from day one Minimum of 3 weeks vacation + 5 days personal leave per year Access to a telemedicine service and a complete assistance program for all employees and their family Access to a leading e-learning platform and hours allocated for training and professional developmentMore than 40 years of expertise in the health IT field opens the door to many career opportunities Projects integrating Agile methodology Employee discount program  An organizational culture rooted in the values of courage, determination, excellence, and collaboration around which we come together to develop technology solutions for the healthcare field. If you are interested in this position, we would be very happy to tell you more about the role, the team, and life at LGI Healthcare Solutions.  Apply now
