This position is Monday to Friday and will include 1 or 2 evenings per week and 1 potential Saturday in the future. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive daily impact on people's lives. Responsibilities: Check the daily schedule for accuracy and opportunities. Optimizes Clinic appointment book to achieve weekly and monthly revenue budgets through treatment plan monitoring, patient information flow, and continuous patient contact Answer telephone calls with professionalism. Provide the clinic with administrative and practical support when requested. Establish and facilitate long-term patient relationships Gather and accurately record medical, personal, and insurance information from patients; ensure this information is updated for existing patients. Accurately file patient information, seeing that records are stored securely and handled in compliance with privacy and security regulations. Manage recall and passive patient systems. Most importantly ENJOY YOUR WORK Qualifications: 1 year of previous dental administration experience preferred, but not required. Customer service or patient relations experience; conflict resolution experience. Able to adapt to and drive office policy improvements (the office is constantly striving for improved customer care/service). Knowledge of any dental software desired.
