By consistently creating legendary experiences, the team ensures every colleague feels valued and supported throughout their journey, fostering a truly exceptional workplace culture.What you'll do: As an experienced Bilingual Learning Facilitator supporting pan-Wealth and Colleague Experience initiatives, you will design and deliver engaging learning sessions in both English and French. This role reports to the Manager, Colleague Experience.Key accountabilities for this role include:Collaborate with change managers and business partners to deliver dynamic training programs tailored to project needs, both in classroom and virtual environments.Ensure all learning materials and sessions are designed with accessibility in mind, incorporating best practices such as clear language, diverse content formats, and accommodations for different learning needs.Develop comprehensive training materials that incorporate feedback metrics to measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.Assess participant understanding and adapt facilitation techniques to maximize engagement and knowledge retention.Gather, analyze, and act on feedback from training sessions to refine future content and delivery approaches.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, instructional best practices, and emerging technologies in learning and development.Foster a supportive and interactive learning environment that encourages collaboration and the sharing of ideas.Skills and Experience Undergraduate degree with 5+ years of experience facilitating adult learningExtensive experience utilizing Webex Events and Slido to facilitate interactive and engaging training sessions for varied audiences, with strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating compelling presentation materials.Strong project management skills, adept at managing multiple facilitation projects simultaneouslyHigh degree of adaptability and comfort with ambiguity, leveraging sound judgment to navigate shifting priorities and evolving training requirements.Recognized as a collaborative team player with outstanding communication skills, able to foster effective partnershipsExperienced in leading meetings, facilitating group discussions, and guiding groups toward consensus, especially within diverse and multi-disciplinary teamsLanguage Requirement: Fluent in English & French Who We Are:TD is one of the world's leading global financial institutions and is the fifth largest bank in North America by branches/stores.
