We’re looking for a Shipper Receiver who’s organized, detail-oriented, and thrives on keeping things moving. In this essential role, you'll handle the shipping, receiving, and tracking of parts and materials that support our production teams and keep our operation running like a well-oiled machine.From unloading deliveries and inspecting stock to inventory control and working with forklifts or cranes—you’ll be a key player in our warehouse operations. If you’re a proactive problem-solver who enjoys physical work and doesn’t mind rolling up your sleeves, we’d love to meet you.What You’ll Be DoingShipping & ReceivingLoad and unload incoming/outgoing parts, materials, and equipment manually or using material handling toolsEnsure shipments are packed, labeled, and documented accuratelyTag materials with job numbers, part IDs, or inventory markersOperate forklifts, pallet jacks, and assist crane operators as neededInventory ControlReceive, inspect, and record inventory in the system (manual or digital)Count, weigh, sort, and verify stock against packing slips or ordersInvestigate inventory discrepancies and adjust records accordinglyRecommend disposal or return of damaged, excess, or obsolete stockAssembly & Warehouse SupportSupport production by prepping materials and staging kits for work ordersUncrate, inspect, and prep parts for storage or useAssist with cycle counts and quality inspectionsMaintain warehouse organization and cleanlinessEquipment Maintenance & SafetyPerform basic maintenance on warehouse equipment and toolsReport any faulty equipment, safety issues, or defective materialsAlways wear appropriate PPE and follow all safety and lockout/tagout proceduresKeep MSDS documentation accessible and up to dateCollaboration & Continuous ImprovementCommunicate with warehouse, purchasing, and production teamsParticipate in safety meetings and contribute ideas for operational improvementsAdapt to shifting priorities and lend support to other departments as neededWhat You BringEducation & ExperienceHigh School Diploma or GED required2+ years of experience in shipping/receiving, warehouse, or inventory controlForklift certification or experience is a strong assetExperience reading blueprints or work orders is an advantageSkills & KnowledgeFamiliarity with ERP systems and Microsoft OfficeSolid understanding of warehouse operations, material handling, and logisticsAbility to interpret shipping documentation, packing slips, and safety labelsMechanical aptitude and basic math skillsCore CompetenciesAccountability – You take ownership of your work and deliver on expectationsCommunication – You share clearly, listen actively, and keep everyone in the loopPerformance – You’re reliable, efficient, and strive to do better every dayRespect – You treat others with professionalism and support team successSafety Focus – You make safe decisions and protect your coworkers and yourselfWork Environment & Physical DemandsExposure to moving machinery, extreme heat, fumes, and airborne particlesModerate to high noise levels—PPE requiredMust be able to:Stand, walk, and use hands for long periodsLift up to 50 lbs and climb laddersCrouch, bend, kneel, and move in tight spacesOvertime and shift flexibility (morning/afternoon) requiredThis is a safety-sensitive position and requires successful completion of:Functional Fit TestDrug & Alcohol TestAudiometric TestRespirator & Hearing Protection Fit TestingCandidate must be clean-shaven for respirator useWhy Join Us?We’re more than a warehouse—we’re a team.
