We are searching for a Client Services Assistant (PSW) to join our Parkland in the Valley - Concorde Hall team based in Quispamsis, New Brunswick. Your Home; Communicates and reports relevant information regarding resident care or safety to Supervisor; About You In addition to placing high value on continuous improvement, collaboration and accountability, you bring: A valid Personal Support Worker diploma, certificate, or equivalent (Must be enrolled in a program if not already obtained); Ability to work a minimum of 6 shifts per quarter and a schedule of flexible hours and shifts inclusive of days, nights, weekends, and holidays;  A valid CPR & First Aid Certification (required); Ability to provide a clear criminal record with vulnerable sector screening upon hire; Advanced proficiency in the English language is required, proficiency in French considered an asset Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care course considered an asset; Previous working experience with elderly in long-term care or a senior living environment an asset; A passion for the healthcare sector and/or ensuring seniors have access to quality accommodations, services and care About Us It all began in when our Founder, Joseph Shannon, purchased a single nursing home in his hometown of Sydney, Cape Breton.
