Our North American based client is seeking for an experienced SAP Record to Report (R2R) Functional Analyst (FI/CO) to join their team on a full time permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of practical experience in designing and delivering SAP functional solutions. This role involves directing system integrators to deliver Record-to-Report solutions that meet business needs, ensure system integration, follow SAP best practices, and improve the user experience. This will be a hybrid role with the exact of on-site scheduled days to be confirmed. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for working with, and providing direction to, system integrators in a project setting to ensure SAP solutions in the Record to Report area meet business requirements, achieve a high level of systems integration, follow SAP best practice, and enrich the user experience. Gathering, process mapping, solution design, writing specifications, and configuration within an S/4 environment. Work directly with business stakeholders to collaborate on SAP solutions required to meet business objectives. Determine optimal approach to develop and deliver required functionality from financial, architectural, operational perspectives. Own the solution design and oversee development to ensure it meets business requirements. Define and execute test plans, and/or review outcomes, to validate solution meets intent. Understanding of RICEFWs and ability to gather requirements and prepare functional specifications. Experience with foreign currencies, GL setup or month end close would be a great asset. Work experience in various sub-modules of S/4HANA FICO with integration with SD, MM & PP. Hands-on experience in Product Costing with Material Ledger in MTO scenarios and FSCM would be considered a bonus. Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
