Along with our dedicated support team, we are committed to delivering exceptional service to over 42,000 condo unit owners daily.Responsibilities:Direct maintenance staff in routine repair and maintenance of buildings and grounds of complexAssist the Manager in overseeing major projects and communicate with contractorsPrepare and maintain records of work assignmentsRespond to client requests in an effective and timely fashionPreparing status certificates for approval by the Property ManagerCoordinating “payables” and shipping payables batches approved by the Property Manager to head office to obtain chequesCompose, prepare, and process general and confidential correspondence including e-mails and faxesEstablish, organize and maintain hard copy and computer records management/file systemsCoordinate meetingsSpearhead purging of files, storage and labelingCommunicate with managers, supervisors, co-workers as well as owners and Board members.Additional duties as required, including tailoring the above duties to suit the needs of the corporation for on-site administrator rolesRequirementsHigh-school diploma, GED or other equivalentAble to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.A well-defined sense of diplomacy, including conflict resolution and people management skillsComputer literacy, including effective working skills of MS Word, Excel and e-mail requiredAble to build and maintain lasting relationships with applicable departments, contractors and key business partnersAbility to follow through and complete overlapping projectsGood organizational, time management and prioritizing skillsHigh level of critical and logical thinking, analysis, and/or reasoning to identify underlying principles, reasons, or factsAbility to interpret and implement company policies and proceduresGood organizational, time management and prioritizing skillsEffective communication skills with individuals at all levels of the organizationPay: CA$42,500.00 per yearBenefitsExtended health careWe thank all applicants in advance; however, only those candidates chosen for an interview will be contacted.
