Kognitive Sales Solutions is on the lookout for enthusiastic and dynamic Field Marketing Representatives to join our team in Grimsby, ON. In this role, you will engage with consumers in-store to promote and educate them about President’s Choice Financial Products. Compensation: Base pay + commissionKey Responsibilities: Educate customers on the features and benefits of President’s Choice Financial products. Assess customers' needs to provide tailored recommendations. Deliver exceptional advice leveraging product knowledge. Drive sales and brand advocacy as an expert on the product. Ensure outstanding customer service for an excellent shopping experience. Engage creatively with customers to highlight product benefits. Build and maintain positive relationships with store staff. Safeguard customer privacy and maintain confidentiality. Generate excitement around the products as a knowledgeable brand advocate. Requirements Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, preferably in financial or retail. Comfortable working with sales targets and challenges. Outgoing and personable with strong people skills. Previous customer service or sales experience is an asset. Excellent communication skills with a focus on listening. Demonstrated integrity and responsibility in handling confidential information. Willingness to undergo a criminal/credit background check. Openness to learning and development through training and coaching. Reliable transportation or valid driver’s license is an asset.
