We’re evolving our technology and optimizing our processes, so you can do your best work, make a meaningful impact, and . Are YOU our next System Validation Analyst?The Information Systems Validation Analyst is responsible for the development and execution of Test Plans and Scripts to test end-to-end systems including analytical instruments, middleware, interfaces, and the laboratory information systems (LIS).Status: Contract (12 months) Full-time Hours: Days Discipline: QAWorkstyle: HybridLocation: Brampton Internal posting Deadline:  November 18th, 2025 – 5pm EST Why Dynacare is an amazing place for YOU: Join an award-winning "Top Employer" with meaningful and impactful career opportunities Access a health and wellness benefits program that supports you and your loved ones Grow and thrive with a dynamic, successful company through internal mobility opportunities Invest in your future through RRSP match benefits and an employee stock purchase program Experience a collaborative, diverse workforce that prioritizes dignity and respect for all How YOU will make a difference:Lead or assist in the information system validation of new assay methodologies, new products and services and new equipment utilized in the laboratory operations, specifically changes involving AS400, Omnitech V6 and V12, middleware (Instrument Manager, Myla, , LabDirector, MedLab and result outputs (Dynacare Plus, EMR, eResults, OLIS, Serve as a liaison between stakeholders to ensure adequate user and QA validation of process/software occursWorking with managers and project teams, lead planning and large cross-functional meetings to establish Information Systems Test Plans and Scripts to test end-to-end systems encompassing analytical instruments, middleware, interfaces, and the laboratory information systems (LIS)Execute Test scripts for various departments, projects, and systemsDocument test scripts according to change control SOPsMaintain a central knowledge base of Dynacare systemsTrain and support staff across the organization who are performing validationsActively participate in project reviews to identify opportunities to improve integration and validation processesReview systems annually to monitor performanceInitiate and communicate corrective actions, as requiredEscalate quality concerns such as test deviations, as appropriateWhat YOU bring to the role:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Health Studies, or equivalent and a minimum of 1 year of prior experience in system validation or quality assuranceDegree or experience working in information technology or health informaticsKnowledge of laboratory operations, processes and continuous improvement methodologiesExperience in working with cross-organizational teamsCapability of understanding the scientific and technical functions of the Operational departmentsHighly proficient with IT systems such as the Laboratory Information System (LIS) to access and analyze key data and create various reportsHighly proficient with MS Office Suite (including Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) Social Process SkillsCapability to work on multiple concurrent technical projects, changing between tasks and projects rapidly and following through on committed deliverables on timeCapability to apply great attention to detail, and ability to effectively manage time and competing prioritiesCapability to apply interpersonal skills and techniques to interact effectively with others at all levels within DynacareStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailDemonstrated ability to communicate in a concise, easily understood manner, both written and orallyWorks in a fast-paced environment, with ability to manage multiple projects and respond to changing priorities and deadlinesStrong organizational, communication and problem-solving skillsResponds to employee and management needs often in stressful situationsAbility to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines Passionate about supporting healthy lives with commitment and care?
