Our client, a leading and well-known provider in the transportation industry, is looking for an Experienced Customer Service Transportation Scheduler to join their team. What We Offer:Hourly Salary: $22.50 hourly plus 4% vacation payJob Type: 3-6month contract, full-time Shift: 7am-3pm shift, Monday – Friday (overtime as required in peak periods)What You'll Do:Execute order fulfillment and shipping documents with a high degree of quality and competence Use SAP and Warehouse Management SystemsAble to perform and return accurate inventory cycle counts Demonstrate flexibility/adaptability in the work and work schedule in support of business needsWorking well with others, you will support your team and flex across roles when neededWhat We're Looking For:Excellent phone manners including 1-2 years’ previous customer service experience (required)1-2 years previous scheduling and administrative experience (required)Clear criminal record (required)Ability to pass drug testing (required)Previous experience using SAP and Warehouse Management Systems (required)Excellent computer skills with advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook and willingness to learn new systemsDetail-oriented, punctual, reliable, and team-focused working well with othersOur team is eager to connect with candidates who meet the job requirements.
