Our client is in an aggressive growth mode and has current operations in both Canada and the US.Reporting into the Controller, your responsibilities would include but not be limited to:Prepare and provide necessary backups including approvals for cheque runsResearch and resolve accounts payable issues with vendorsPrepare monthly vendor reconciliationsAssist internal departments with accounts payable inquiriesAbout the candidate:Aside from excellent work ethic, attitude, communication and presentation skills, the ideal candidate will have the following:Minimum 5 years experience in full cycle Accounts Payable. Manufacturing, Industrial or construction Industry experience. MUST be Experienced with accounting software, Great Plains is a strong assetExcellent communication and people skills.
