Responsibilities: Greet customers warmly and assist them with their automotive service inquiries. Schedule appointments and manage the service calendar efficiently. Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and promotions. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Process transactions and maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Collaborate with technicians to ensure customer needs are met promptly. Maintain a clean and organized front office and waiting area. Stay updated on industry trends and Midas services to better assist customers. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service is a plus. Previous experience in customer service or retail preferred. Training will be provided to the right Candidate. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in using computers and point-of-sale systems. Positive attitude and a passion for helping customers. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends. Knowledge of automotive services is an asset but not required.
