Vancouver Animal Emergency and Referral Centreis currently hiring for a Reception Administration and Client Service to join our dedicated team at our 24-hour emergency and specialty hospital.Key responsibilities;Welcoming clients and patients in a warm, professional mannerManaging check-ins, check-outs, and appointment scheduling in our inhouse schedule system; training providedHandling incoming calls through our multiline systemPrioritize emails, and client inquiries efficientlyCoordinating communication between medical teams, specialty services and referring communityMaintaining accurate records and ensuring smooth administrative flow for standard operating proceduresSupporting the team in delivering exceptional emergency and specialty care to our clients and patientsQualifications;2+ years of experience as a receptionist or front desk in human or veterinary medicine.
