Under the supervision of the team leader, the incumbent will be responsible for sorting different types of materials on the conveyors at the sorting center, as well as all other related tasks. What you’re responsible for:Painting parts and boxesSanding boxesUsing tools to cut metalWorking with various types of machineryMaintaining outdoor areas throughout the year (lawn mowing, snow removal)Providing excellent customer serviceQualificationsTo join our team:You have experience with a forklift and a aerial lift (an asset)You have a Class 5 driver's license and are comfortable working in a noisy and dusty environmentYou are comfortable wearing personal protective equipment (mask, helmet, gloves, etc.)You have a strong awareness of health and safety and are in good physical conditionYou are resourceful and able to work at heightsYou are punctual, reliable, and a good team playerAdditional InformationAmerican Iron and Metal (AIM) and its subsidiaries are equal opportunity employers.
